Windows Script Host (or WSH) comes already installed on XP and 2K,
AFAIK; if you're running an older version you'll need to DL it from
Microsoft and install it:
Windows Script 5.6 for Windows 98, Windows Millennium Edition, and
Windows NT 4.0
