Viruses sent to the list

From: Fred Maxwell <>
Date: Sat, 29 May 2004 11:13:12 -0400

I've gone back through my message logs and found that the ONLY messages from to the Rockbox list have been viruses. They started
about a month ago (4/28/2004) and there have been a total of 12 of them.

The first one came from France, the rest, including the one below, came from in Israel. I have copied their abuse address in the hopes that
they will seek out the user, resolve the problem, and, hopefully, start
blocking port 25 outgoing for users on dynamic addresses.

I recommend that the errant account be unsubscribed immediately (would you
like me to do it?).
