The short answer is "you don't." The slightly longer answer is, there is a
switch on the box. Slide it one way and it clones the source device, placing
the directory structure in a root directory called /syncboxXX where XX is a
sequential number. Slide it the other way and it copies only the contents of
the /syncbox directory on the source device.

The original purpose of this box is to transfer the contents of, say, a flash
card to a dumb hard drive device like a portable USB drive. Great for
photographers who need to dump the card and reuse it.

Fortunately they made the design general enough that it can be used to clone
USB slave devices such as the Jukebox. The input device cable is plugged into
the "input" jack, the output device is plugged into the "output" jack, the
switch is slid to whichever type of copy is desired and then the big button on
the front is pressed. Then walk away and let it do it's thing.

In the case of cloning a Jukebox, the target device will have the contents of
the source device placed in /syncbox. Then the next time the target jukebox
is connected to a PC, one can move everything back to the root with file
manager, er, windoze exploder. A little inconvenient but MUCH better than not
being able to clone a device when a PC isn't available.
