Yes, if you want your new folders to be spoken, you will have to run the
script again. If you don't, then what you will get I believe is the word
folder followed by a number.

running it, would you have to run it again each time you added or deleted
directories from your rockbox? I'll store the artist names off the genre
directories, but will change the music on my archos fairly regularly.
