hi everyone.

first of all, this is not yet another request like "do this and do that".
i want to contribute.

i own an archos gmini 220, and the software really pisses me off.
i'm now seriously thinking about porting rockbox to this player.
i have some experience programming audio stuff - i'm currently working
on a realtime audio system using RTLinux/Free.
so i'm also not new to writing free software.

now, my question is: has anyone already investigated in this matter?
anyone taken apart a gmini2x0?
or is there even someone already working on that?

i have to admit that i didn't have a too-detailed look into the
rockbox sources by now.
