There is not a 32gig limit on Fat32, but Windows XP (and maybe 2000) will
refuse to format a larger drive than this.
The solution is to either use Win98 to format, or to get a (free) 3rd party
utility which allows you to format such a large drive Fat32.
Its not really a problem.

I use my AJBRv2 for mostly home stereo stuff. I have over 700 cd's that I
