I just want to say that I tried it on my FMR and on my Recorder and it
worked on both.

The only thing no so important is that I have lost my rockbox settings
on the FMR in the process, probably because I stoped after the initial
flashing with the v2.2.
but I was able to complete the process by starting the box with on+f1
etc.
