What is the proper way?
I have registered with the twiki site, but I am having a difficult time so
far getting everything figured out there.
It seems like it would be easier for me to just contribute by typing out
some of the manual, but I am not sure how I can contribute.

I don't think we have any choice. We have no volunteers willing to write
a manual the "proper" way. A few people have expressed some interest,
but nothing has come out of it so far.

Sadly, I think we have to do a Wiki manual or there will be no manual at
all.
