The VBR fix is a plugin now and is started with the "open with" feature,
as you already seem to know. Unfortunately, the "open with" selection is
not spoken. The vbrfix will be last item in the list of viewers, so you
can do this to fix your VBR:

- Select "open with"
- Press UP to wrap to the last item
- Press Play to start
