yes it's this one, the SO-8 housing

Perhaps you want to open your box and see if this is the real problem before
ordering one. I had one jukebox with the same problem (inserted charger with
wrong polarity) where the broken part was not the voltage regulator but a
small ferrit bead near the dc connector. You'll easily find the problem by
looking at the board normally.
