Clock 2.21

Time Readout has a problem. Durinng the afternoon, take 16:23 by
exemple, Clock will show :

In analog mode
"28:23" in 24h mode and
"16:23 PM" in 12h format
There's 12 hours format

In LCD mode
Whatever in 24h or 12h format, it will take the same format as Digital mode

Digital and Binary modes (Fullscreen has no time readout) works well.
