But still there are quite a lot of things that must be improved:
- the file is split ignoring the mp3 frame boundaries
- no new mp3 frame headers (i.e. with a toc) are generated
- id3 tags aren't copied
- the loop isn't frame accurate
- no possibility to truncate the file
...
