not a bad idea, except I almost never use playlists. I usually keep any
playlists in their respective folders.
But I will consider your idea.

Why don't you do what I did and make your first folder name "[playlists]"
and put all your playlists in that directory and place your voice file in
there. That we, not only does it great you, but you have a practical
purpose for the folder you are creating.
