Another patch, this one for id3 tag support in the file browser. It is
fairly highly customizeable, although at this point it is only
supporting track title, track number, and artist name. Could probably
be expanded to support a wider range of tags, much like the while
playing screen.

You can toggle the feature on/off globally, and also it is possible to
set up per-directory preferences. Details on the patch site.

This should be independant of my other patch, I took those changes out
before I started messing with this.
