hey... i tried "scandisk" but that's why it doesnt work... seems i really
need to restart :)
thanks... command line stuff is cool, for one can actually see what
happens :)
I did this:
C:\Documents and Settings\Ronald Teune>chkdsk V: /F
The type of the file system is FAT32.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Chkdsk may run if this volume is dismounted first.
ALL OPENED HANDLES TO THIS VOLUME WOULD THEN BE INVALID.
Would you like to force a dismount on this volume? (Y/N) y
Volume dismounted. All opened handles to this volume are now invalid.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N) n
