As it turns out, I can create playlists using Rockbox v2.2. I wanted to have one in every folder, but I'm satisfied with having just a few in my wider genre folders, and playing back in shuffle mode.

The script that was posted was very similar to mine. I'll look for it, but I believe it'll have the same issues.
