Do we have a finite definition of precisely what causes the RLoD.

I have noticed recently, when my JBR20v1 is on the passenger seat of my
car, that it will RLoD; but if I leave it alone for a few seconds the RL
goes out and all continues well (after the brief musical interruption.)
