Right, but that's an old FAQ, released before the UMS firmware came out ...
So when the FAQ states "Due to Copyright laws, MP3 / WMA files cannot be
uploaded from an iFP player to a PC using our iFP player and software
application iRiver Music Manager" it doesn't apply to the UMS firmware -
because then you are not using the Music Manager application (because the
iFP behaves just like any other usb mass storage device...)
