Maybe you could turn the pics into AVI videos, but with a single image, with
a sighted person describing the image with their voice.
But either way, it will have to be viewed by a sighted person, and either
typed or voice recorded.

The fact one of the voices sound familiar is most probably the fact
that jaws is installing one of the already existing
text-to-speech-engines.

For the rest, I feel like missing something. What would you expect to
HEAR when a picture is displayed ?
