Hello everyone.

First I'll mention that I appreciate all the great work that has gone
into Rockbox, I've enjoyed using it since Aug 2003.

I did some poking around and read the webpages on "rombox", looked thru
the mailing list archives and I'm still stuck.

I've done the following:
  Installed a new copy of Rockbox 2.4 onto the AJR15
  Installed the files from flash_rec.zip in the root directory
  Created and saved a copy of the Rom from the Debug menu
  Powered on, then rolo'd "ajbrec.ajz"
  Run "rombox.ucl" or "firmware_flash"

I get this error:
  Flash: M=?? D=??
  No Image Found!
  Not Flashable

Info from the debug/Hardware Info:
  OS Version 1.28
  Mask 0x0202
  Rom CRC 0x222F V1

If it helps the serial of the player is 024703255.
