Yes I did, make sure you unzip it directly to the player don't just copy the
files. Make sure you also put a voice file in to the langs directory. Check
out the FAQ for blind users and follow it directly, its good. Also make sure
your installing the correct version for your unit.

Did you have problems getting the software to work on your unit? As I said
in my previous post; I've done everything I can think of and it still isn't
