I use iTunes to buy AAC encoded files and then use jHymn to convert them
to MP3. I use iTunes because it's easy to convert with jHymn and I'm
trying to get a free iPod through TiVo :-) (I just need one more
reference!).

I also buy directly from audible.com and use Goldwave to convert to MP3.
