It's possible that you have your file limits outrageously high, not leaving
enough RAM buffer for the voice file. Check under Info -> Rockbox info, the
"Buffer:" value. This should be about 1.6 MB, and larger than the voice
file. If not, reduce the values in General settings -> System -> Limits.
