The attached patch adds load and save state support to Rockboy (both as
quicksave slots, and to files), and adds the basics of the option menu.
I've switched the ROCKBOY_MENU button back to BUTTON_SELECT (from
BUTTON_MODE), because it's easy to hit BUTTON_SELECT on accident, so
it's bad (from an interface perspective) to have an actual game
button there.
