Are you the one who talked about clicking on properties then policy? If so,
yes I did but am still a little confused, especially sense my system tray
isn't supposed to not let me click on the items.

Hey:
Okay it seems that charging it did the trick; however I didn't know anything
about the safely remove hardware thing. Now I clicked on it in my system
tray, but the only thing that happens is it goes to the desk top and a menu
pops up saying properties, create shortcut Icon, etc. Anyone have any
suggestions?
