I don't know how feasible a plugin would be, as this would require a
rockbox plugin as well as a way to submit the data to Audioscrobbler.
With the existing Audioscrobbler plugins you have to listen to a minimum
of 50% of a song for it to be submitted. I also believe there is a
spamming detection system in place, so you cannot submit a bunch of
songs you listend to in you car at once.
A (not so great) workaround would be to add all the songs you listen to
with your box to a playlist, and then just play the same list on winamp
when you get home. Maybe you could even listen to other stuff in a new
instance of Winamp, and turn the sound off in the one that is
'submitting' your rockbox playlist. Unless of course Audioscrobbler
doesn't allow to instances for the same account to submit stuff.
