If that's the case, then it might actually work. The Z does have a full
text console (bash). The kernel situation is varied (there are some
that are totally open, some that are partially open, etc.) so it would
depend exactly what needs to be modified.

There are several text-to-speech applications, so it definitely has the
horsepower.
