Streambox Ripper will do it for you. dBpowerAmp will too, but it takes as
long to convert as it does to play. Or you can press play and record "what
u hear" with windows recorder or your fave audio s/w - disable ALL system
sounds before you start! As for quality loss - best you make your own
decision on that.
