Also there, but you don't need it.
Rename the larger of the 2 files (256 KB) into "firmware_rec.bin", copy it
into the root of your box. Start the plugin "firmware_flash.rock". If it
asks for a different file, e.g. "firmware_rec_norom.bin", you need a
different image file. Don't force it to take a file you're not 100% sure
it's the right one for your model, or you have a paperweight. This is why I
encourage to keep the file of _your_ box.
