exactly 5 days, 13 hours, 30 minutes and 1 second ago, this question has
been asked in an e-mail with the topic title "Iriver". Even more recent,
it has been answered in a reply to that e-mail. There's not much sound at
all at the moment for irivers:

the voice UI is part of rockbox, rockbox is being ported to iriver, so
yer, iriver will have voice UI.
I'll add it to the IriverFAQ now.
