My Archos Recorder20 has recently started to stop playing in the middle of a
track. This usually happens when it has been playing for a long time - like in
the car on long trips, after 2-3 hours. It just locks up, and the only way I
can get it started again is to press "stop", and then turn it back on. It
doesn't seem to matter whether it has external power or not. The phenomenon has
been observed both under battery power and under external power. The red light
(the hard disk indicator) comes on and stays on when this happens, which makes
me think its a hardware problem... Any ideas?
