I allready replaced that part once and it is gone again within less than a week (no bad DC- Adaptor or else for sure!) So I think there is another part which is gone and kills the 34063. The major problem is, that the voltage on the MOSFET is braking down, when the HD wants to spin up and I don't have any idea where the problem is located (the MOSFET seems to work; source voltage is strange but I can't find out where it's coming from; else I don't find the diode 7 from the recorder scheme which might be the cause). So I think replacing it will last just another couple of days. Since the unit works when I COMPLETELY bypass HD- power I had the mentioned Idea....
