So its not the same software? If some one were to buy it, it wouldn't speak
the names and directories like Rockbox does on the archos? I need to know
because that is missleading and several blind people are interested in it
because they think it has to do with Rockbox.

This product has nothing to do with the rockbox open source firmware
project.
