Hey all,

Blimey, two releases in as many weeks.

Amongst three or four minor changes, I have updated the version of 'sed'
and added the windows multimedia library which seems to be required now.

I have also added some documentation to help out with the current tools
problems - there are 50,000 better solutions, but all involve the help of
someone with CVS access.

What a shame Mr Whippy and Jesus Christ are only working on the
documentation - LOL
