I had exactly the same problem. I tried to fat32 format my new 60gb hard
drive with SwissKnife, and the progress bar was all over the place. Forward,
back, forward again, back, etc., until it crashed. Bad program. So my 60 gb
hard drive has a 32 gb fat32 partition, and the rest unallocated.
