working.

The mails to that list are also archived and available from the same
rockbox.org page as the existing one.

(The www.rockbox.org/mail web page and the subscription pages for the mailing
lists really ought to be cleaned up and made nicer... well, one of these days
perhaps!)

At the same moment the -dev list was born, this list turned into a -users list
(even though we still call it just 'rockbox' to save me from having to poke
around too much and to save users from having to adjust).
