Subject: Speed adjustment is it possible

Speed adjustment is it possible

Hi All

I am a blind user of the H340 and have been waiting eagerly for the
Iriver port of rockbox to be completed and have been getting very
excited with recently postings in this regard. I have a quick question
that I have been unable to find the answer to in the docs on the web
pages. Is it possible to speed up the playback of mp3 files at all? I
ask this as lots of audio books that I listen to could be sped up to
enable quicker reading of them. When I used to listen on the old four
track cassettes I used to crank up the speed quite a lot and this would
be a fantastic addition for us book readers.

Cheers and keep up the good work.

Regards

hamish

Subject: Gentlemen, we have SOUND!

Last night, I managed to play MP3 music on my H320.

The H320 works pretty well, but there are some things that we need to
fix. For example, I had to lower the max CPU frequency to 90MHz instead
of 124MHz. Something is not quite right...

Anyway, time to celebrate!
