I was wondering if there is going to be a beep for the iRiver, when one
starts to actually record.
The iRiver has a very nice beep in the system, and I hope it could be
implemented here.

Yes, we know it hardly audible, but it's the best we can do. The
hardware won't let us play audio and record at the same time.
