It won't be an iPod user interface with RockBox on it, it will be more like
RockBox is now.
Whatever iPod has for a user interface will be non-existant on the device.
As far as it being tactile enough for use with the Blind, it will definately
take a few Blind users to try it out, as the sighted usually aren't used to
doing things this way.
You'd be surprised how some people upon losing their sight can't dial a
phone. Most newly Blinded folks figure out that it is not hard to do, but
some never do.
