Date: Mon, 16 Jan 2006 06:36:49 +0400 Hi This sounds fantastic but I have one small question from a blind user point of view before trying it. My concern is that after I speed up playback to listen to an audio book which would be great to do, how would I go about getting the setting back to normal so that when I play music I am not listening to the chipmunks or Pinky and Perky? I realise that if i hold play and hit the up arrow say for example five or ten times to reach the prefered speed and leave the unit alone for a while and forget the number of up arrow presses how can I get the setting back to normal as I may end up with it a bit fast or slow and might not be sure? To adjust the speed of the playback, hold Play and either up or down while in the WPS screen. Hope this helps, Will On 1/16/06, Jonathan Mosen <jmosen_at_mosen.org> wrote: Hi Tom, this is fantastic news. I have not found this in the UI, although I think there is one option in playback settings that doesn't talk so perhaps this is it. Can you describe where one finds the variable speed setting? This would sure make a difference for listening to audio books. Thanks. Jonathan Mosen Blog, podcast and radio show: http://www.MosenExplosion.com Ph: +1-925-566-9265. I don't think this screen speaks in any way, but might be wrong. Never tried it.
