In these page is a FM presets for diferents localitys.

I want to contribute, but I can't find why in the page, because these I
try contribution with these way.

The next Presets are valid for the City Vitoria-Gasteiz in Alava-Araba
in Spain.

In other points of Alava-Araba sone radios has a diferent presets, and
some channel change, some are lose and some are win. Because these I say
valid for the City and not for province.
