That's sooner than I expected. If I recall, they wanted to do away with analog TV here in the USA earlier than that, but TV manufacturers and the general public made a big deal out of it, so they pushed the date a little farther back. But back to the discussion about radio - my car has an AM/FM radio and the AM stations are *really* bad - you can't even go under a freeway without getting static/buzzing, etc., so I can't imagine an AM antenna ever being built into an MP3 player. I enjoy the FM tuner on my H320 on occasion, especially being able to record the FM station I'm listening to (with the iRiver firmware), but haven't found a great use for that either.
