I am not entirely sure where the > Reset > button is. there is also mention of the Play button on the side of the Iriver but again, I have not located it yet. The reset button on the h300-Series is located on the left side, if you lay down the unit in front of you with the display up and the buttons to your side. The reset button is hidden behind a very small hole in the enclosure. You have to press it slightly with a needle. You will find that hole right between the microphone buckle and a fineprint labeling it towards the bottom (not the back).
