I don't know if this is the answer, but try going into the menus, and
selecting "supported files" in "show files".

I just finished installing rockbox on my Iriver h320. Does anyone know why
the voice UI will not speak the names of .OGG formats. When I put .ogg
formatted files on the drive, the player just spells it.
