I've warn that cap myself before so don't be to hard on yourself. Sometimes
we forget the simple fixes when a problem occurs. I'm glad you did not
disassemble your box yet. LOL!

I new an I.T. pro who took his PC apart and pulled out the power supply when
in the end he just needed to push the power cord in all the way.
