I would it do like this: create a wav file with 10 seconds silence and copy it with a little batch file to all this voice filenames. Now you have 500 files: ... KEYLOCK_OFF_PLAYER.wav KEYLOCK_ON_RECORDER.wav KEYLOCK_OFF_RECORDER.wav .. now you edit all (or 50 per session) files in your recording program. Now record every single file and then save all. Now trim it all at once with wavtrim or so from J. Hohensohn and make run the voicemakin tools. I think thats easier and less error prone than create all filenames new.
