Hi devs&freaks,

i cannot compile the latest builds for my archos V1.

I get the same errors for other archos targets. I know that the file will not fits in ROM, but in the daily builds all seems to be fine.

The size of rombox.ucl there is 208518 bytes

Is it possible that the ucl is not usable/too big?

Can you prod me to a link with some compiling options?

I remember there was in former times some options to exclude the debug menu, games and so on to make the binary smaller. Are there nowadays such options (maybe -nobmpwps, -nobidi, -nounicode "-nosound" (just kidding) ? It's bad for archos targets to give away again ~100kb of playback buffer since november 2005 just to have some "extensions", which makes sense only on iriver targets.

Are there some compiling options?

And: for checking & creating WPS-files / themes I use the sim-builds now. Is it possible to make a precompiled/runready version for some targets available here for all users?
