Hi. Perhaps this info will be of use to others
wanting to build .voice files. the lang files
can be found by going to the rockbox site
(www.rockbox.org), clicking on documentation,
looking for customizing rockbox and clicking on
the get languages link. On that page, you'll
find links for downloading the compiled language
files (.lng files) as well as the language sources (.lang).
