I'm in contact with a non profit organisation that need to make available medecines notices in mp3 format for the blinds, and the folk at akapela group refused them to use their voices at any price, except if they were willing to pay an outrageous amount of money. So forget about it for Rockbox. Anyway, I ahve tested these engine for a rockbox .voice file and these voices generate too big audio clips for the overal size of the voice file we can afford in Rockbox. So really forget about it. I'm sorry but that's the way it is.
