Okay, I've updated the wiki at rockbox.org at
http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/IriverPort titled
"Installation Notes for Blind Users" ... it references an Email
conversation from December 29th where Victor explains how to flash an
H3x0 unit with the new H300.HEX file, such as which keys to press and
for how long.
